2003年石油化工绿色化学的进展 被引量:11

摘要 2003年国际工程学会提出了绿色工程的9条指导原则。同年中国石化集团有3项绿色工艺实现了工业化,大大加强了依靠自己力量开发先进绿色工艺的信心;国际上从玉米生产聚乳酸热塑体和1,3-丙二醇工艺的工业化,说明利用可再生资源能够经济合理地生产大宗有机化学品,把这一领域的技术开发提升到一个新的发展阶段。展望国际催化新材料、新反应工程的活跃前沿,离子液体、超临界反应工程和化工过程强化3个领域的导向性基础研究和开拓探索,极有可能导致新的绿色石化工艺的出现。同时还讨论了绿色化学的另一项重要内容,即环境友好产品的设计和废物循环使用。 <abstract> 2003, Engineering Conference International defined the 9 principles of green engineering. The commercialization of 3 units in SINOPEC in 2003 greatly raised the confidence of developing advanced green processes through our own efforts. The commercialization of the process of manufacturing polylactic acid thermoresin and 1,3-propandiol from corn brought the manufacture of commodity organic chemicals from renewable resources into a new developing stage. The scientific front fields, which may bring technological breakthrough for developing green processes such as ionic liquid, supercritical reaction engineering and process intensification are presented. The design of environmental friendly products and recovery of polymer wastes back to original raw materials are discussed.
