粉末冶金法制备高强铝合金的组织与性能 被引量:11

摘要 采用超声波雾化法制取了合金粉末粒度为小于40μm、成分为Al90Mn8Ce2合金粉末。采用粉末冶金法制备了致密的大块高强度铝合金,研究了压制温度与合金的空隙率、组成相、显微组织、强度和耐磨性的关系。结果表明,粉末冶金法制备的高强度铝合金具有比传统铝合金高的耐磨性能。 This paper presents ultrasonic fog methods by which alloy powder with a granularity less than40μm and a composition of Al 90 Mn 8 Ce 2 is made.Bulk high strength Al -alloy is made by ultrasonic fog P/M methods,this paper also presents investigations of relations between press temperature,interspaced rates,composing phase,microstructure,strength,and wear resistance.The results have shown that high strength Al -alloy made by P/M method has a better wear resistance performance than that of traditional Al -alloy.
