摘要
通过实例对螺纹副连接中螺栓断裂的原因进行了探讨与分析,指出螺栓表面状态发生变化,引起摩擦因数降低,是造成断裂的重要原因。文中所介绍试验方法的结果验证了这一结论。
This article discussed the fracture reasons of bolts based on the example and pointed out one of the important factors is the friction coefficient reduction caused by the surface deformation of bolt to produce the rupture.This result has been verified through the test.
