摘要
用20Mn2SiVB钢经锻后空冷制作载货车前轴,经弯曲疲劳试验测试表明其断裂周期多数在150万次以上,满足前轴使用要求。同时对个别疲劳寿命低的样品进行了分析,结果表明夹杂物的存在是降低其疲劳断裂寿命的主要原因。
The truck front axle,made by20Mn2SiVB steel and after forged and air-cooled,shows its rupture cycle time more than1.5million times with bending fatigue tests and measurements and can meet the usage requirements of truck front axle.At the same time ,analysis for some short fatigue life samples is conducted,the results indicate that inclusions existed are the main causes to reduce its fatigue and rupture life.
