典型灰铸铁零件国产毛坯与进口毛坯微观组织分析

Microstructure Analysis of Typical Gray Cast Iron Parts-Domestic Made Blank vs.Imported Blank

为了解决国产灰铸铁毛坯加工性能问题,对某典型灰铸铁零件国产毛坯和进口毛坯进行了全面的检测、分析。检验结果表明,进口毛坯和国产毛坯在化学成分、硬度及其均匀性、石墨含量、晶粒大小及形貌、磷共晶形态、硬质点的成分及含量均存在差别。

Comprehensive inspection and analysis of some typical kinds of gray cast iron parts have been made on domestic made blanks and imported one to solve the machining problems existed in domestic made gray cast iron blanks.Many differences in chemical composition,hardness,uniformity,graphite content ,grain size,morphology,phosphide eutectic morphology and composition as well as quantity of hard phase have been found in the inspection results between them.
