左旋氧氟沙星滴眼液的药效学研究

目的 研究 0 .3%左旋氧氟沙星 (LVFX)滴眼液的体内外抗菌作用。方法 采用试管双倍稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度 (MBC) ,并观察 0 .3%LVFX滴眼对兔眼实验性金葡菌和绿脓杆菌角膜炎的治疗效果。结果 0 .3%LVFX滴眼液对金葡菌、表葡菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌等 1 0种菌 30 1株 ,均有较强的抗菌作用 ;对兔眼金葡菌和绿脓杆菌角膜炎均有显著疗效 ,与生理盐水对照组相比较P <0 .0 1。结论 0 .

Objective To study the antibacterial effect of 0.3% levofloxacin(LVFX) eyedrops in vivo and in vitro.Methods Minimal inhibition concentrations ( MIC ) and minimal bactericidal concentrations ( MBC ) were measured with tube dilution method.The effect of 0.3% LVFX on experimental keratitis of rabbits induced by staphylococcus aureas and pseudomonas aeruginosa was observed.Results 0.3% LVFX could inhibit bacteria on 301 flora of 10 species such as staphylococcus aureas,staphylococcus epidermidis,escherichia and pseudomonas aeruginosa etc.A better curative effect was presented on keratitis of rabbits induced by staphylococcus aureas and pseudomonas aeruginosa and a significant difference compared with 0.9% NaCl ( P <0.01).Conclusion 0.3% LVFX is an effective drug of treating external eye infection induced by sensitive bacteria.
