下腔静脉滤器置放预防肺栓塞的临床报道

Inferior vena cava filter placement in the prevention of pulmonary embolism in deep vein thrombosis in peri-operation and post-operation

目的 评价下腔静脉滤器对下肢深静脉血栓形成肺栓塞的预防作用。方法 所有接受手术治疗的患者均行下腔静脉滤器置放。结果 患者术中术后未发生肺栓塞。用彩超和X线随访 1个月 ,未发现滤器移位和下腔静脉血栓形成。

Objective To evaluate the effects of filter placement of inferior vena cava in the prevention of pulmonary embolism caused by leg deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in peri operation and post operation. Methods All patients of leg deep vein thrombosis received IVC filter placement before operation.Results In peri operation and post operation, all patients didn′t find pulmonary embolism. Follow up for one month by colour Doppler ultrasound and X ray, the position of filters were correct, there were not thrombosis in inferior vena cava.Conclusion Filter placement is safe and effective for the prevention pulmonary embolism.
