丙烯酸改性卤锑阻燃PP的阻燃性能 被引量:7

摘要 用双螺杆挤出机制备了丙烯酸 (AA)改性三氧化二锑 /聚丙烯 (Sb2 O3 /PP)母料、十溴联苯醚 (DBDPO) /PP母料及其相应的卤锑阻燃PP。研究了Sb2 O3 、DBDPO和卤锑阻燃剂阻燃PP的氧指数 (LOI)。结果表明 ,Sb2 O3 用量对PP的LOI影响不大 ,而DBDPO使PP的LOI明显提高 ,但Sb2 O3 与DBDPO有协同作用 ,可使DBDPO用量降低。然而 ,当阻燃剂质量分数高于 5 % ,Sb2 O3 与DBDPO的协同作用降低。AA改性对PP的LOI有影响 ,取决于AA的用量和引发剂的用量。 The Sb_2O_3/PP masterbatch modified by acrylic acid (AA) with or without DCP and decabromodiphenyl oxide (DBDPO)/PP masterbatch were prepared by using a twin-screw extruder.The effect of Sb_2O_3,modified Sb_2O_3,DBDPO and modified Sb_2O_3/DBDPO on the limiting oxygen index ( LOI ) of the flame retarded PP was investigated. The results indicated that the LOI significantly increased by the addition of DBDPO,but Sb_2O_3 had little influence on the LOI of PP. For the same LOI ,the content of DBDPO decreased by the synergistic action of Sb_2O_3 and DBDPO. However,the synergistic action of Sb_2O_3 and DBDPO decreased as the mass fraction of the flame retardant was higher that 5%. The effect of AA on the LOI of the flame retarded PP depended upon the content of AA and DCP.
