摘要
采用超支化聚合物 (HBP)改善超高摩尔质量聚乙烯 (UHMWPE)的加工流动性。在摩尔质量为 2 0 0万级的UHMWPE中加入 3 %的HBP ,可使其熔融扭矩值下降约 85 % ;对混合熔体的形态分析证明 ,HBP分子更易于在混合熔体的表面富集 ;初步认为HBP通过降低混合熔体的表观粘度来改善UHMWPE的加工流动性。
Hyperbranched poly(ester-amide)(HBP) was used to the modification of the processability of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). The torque value reduced by 85% when 3% of HBP was added to UNMWPE (Mw=2×10 6) melt. The morphology observation of the UHMWPE/HBP blend confirmed that HBP molecules enriched on the surface of the sample easily. It was believed the processability of UHMWPE was improved by the decrease of the apparent viscosity by HBP.
