摘要
本文对四效逆流强制内循环蒸发结晶系统分布器孔径大小与压降的关系、分布器孔径大小与传质的关系进行了研究,得出了分布器孔径越小,其压降越大,当小到一定程度时,分布器会被流体顶翻移位;分布器孔径越大,液体中各相间传质系数越小,晶体生长速率越慢的结论。提出了最佳分布器孔径应综合以上两方面的影响予以确定,即当晶体传质系数较大,压降较低时,分布器的孔径为最佳值。
This paper studied the relationship between bore diameter size of the distri butor in four-effect back-ward feed evaporate-crystal system and pressure dro p,and the relationship between bore diameter size and mass transfer.Such concl usion were draw:the smaller bore diameter,the larger the pressure drop,even i n some special small bore diameter conditions distributor will be pushed adverse ;the larger the bore diameter,the smaller the coef-ficient of mass transfer b etween phase in the liquid,which decreases the growth rate of crystal.therefor e the two fac-tors must be taken into account when the bore diameter size of di stributor is ascertained,that is,an optimal size can be obtained when mass tra nsfer coefficient is large while pressure drop is low.
