摘要
简要论述了高等职业院校如何以人本管理的核心价值观构建一个良好的机制和环境 ,以充分发挥教师的主观能动性 ,激发教师的工作热情和创造力 ,为社会培养合格的高级应用人才。
The article briefly expounds how Higher Professional Colleges construct an effective mechanism and environment according to the kernel value viewpoint based on humanism management,which can develop subjective initiative of the teachers to stimulate their working enthusiasm and creative power, as a result,which can train qualified and higher practical personnel for the society.
