高效液相色谱法测定藿蓉补肾颗粒中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of Icariin in Huorong Bushen Granules by HPLC

建立藿蓉补肾颗粒中淫羊藿苷含量的HPLC测定方法。色谱柱为YWGC18柱 (4 6mm× 15 0mm) ;流动相为乙腈 -水 (30∶70 ) ,流速为 0 8ml·min-1,检测波长为 2 70nm。线性范围 :0 0 10 4～ 0 0 5 2 0mg·ml-1,r =0 9997,平均回收率为 96 1% ,RSD为 1 5 %。方法准确可靠 。

A HPLC method for the determination of Icariin in Huorong Bushen Granules was established. An YWG C 18 column (4 6mm×150mm) was used with acetonitrile-water (30∶70) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0 8ml·min -1 . Content was detected at a wavelength of 270 nm. The linear range was 0 014～0 0520mg·ml -1 (r=0 9997) and average recovery rate was 96 1%, RSD=1 5%. The method was accurate and reliable. It could be used in the determination of Icariin in Huorong Bushen Granules.
