摘要
目的 :探讨脊髓受压后脊髓微血管、神经元微环境改变情况。方法 :通过建立脊髓型颈椎病动物模型 ,运用微血管显影、免疫组化、电镜等方法观察神经元计数、脊髓微血管显影、血管内皮生长因子、神经元神经丝蛋白、胶原纤维酸性蛋白表达。结果 :脊髓受压后神经元数量减少 ,白质脱髓鞘改变 ,存在细胞凋亡 ,微血管显影血管稀疏 ,面积减少 ;神经丝排列紊乱、溶解 ,胶原纤维蛋白增生 ,神经元微环境破坏 ,压迫越重损害越重。
Objective:To discuss the microvascular change in spinal cord and neuronal microenviroment after spinal cord chronic compressed.Method:Animal models were established,spinal cord microvascular image,morphologic and biochemical methods were employed to observe the munbers of neuron,area of microcirculation of spinal cord and the expression of VEGF,NF,GFAP.Result:The munbers of neuron,microvascular area of spinal cord decreased,apoptosis cells existed and VEGF expressed,NF dissolved,GFAP was hyperplasia,neuronal microenviroment was destroied,the more compression the more destroy.
