消化性溃疡不同病变时期HSP_(70)表达的临床研究

Clinical study of HSP_(70) expression in different pathological stages of peptic ulcer

目的 研究消化性溃疡 (Pepticulcer,PU)患者治疗过程中以判定疗效为主的溃疡病变程度不同时期热休克蛋白70 (HSP70 )的表达并了解幽门螺杆菌 (Helicobacterpylori,HP)对其表达的影响。方法 观察HP清除率 ,以酶联免疫技术对患者胃黏膜匀浆及切片进行HSP70 检测。结果 HP阴性与阳性、HP清除与未清除者HSP70 含量无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;活动期与愈合期患者间无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但二者明显高于瘢痕期患者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 消化性溃疡不同病变时期存在不同水平HSP70 表达 。

Objective To study heat shock protein 70(HSP_(70)) expression in patients with peptic ulcer at different pathological stages and the influence of Helicobacter pylori (HP) on the expression.Methods HP eradication rate was investigated, and HSP_(70) was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results There were no significant differences in levels of HSP_(70) between negative and positive HP (P<0.05),eradicated and noneradicated HP(P>05),nor between active and healing stages(P>0.05),but the levels of HSP_(70) in active and healing stages were significantly higher than that in scarring stage (P<0.05).Conclusion There were different levels of HSP_(70) expression in patients with peptic ulcer at different pathological stages.HP might not be a direct factor for regulation and control of HSP_(70).
