摘要
肌上皮癌（myoepithelial carcinoma)是一种少见恶性肿瘤，主要位于腮腺，其次位于腭部和其它涎腺，少数位于上唇、舌根，而发生在鼻窦上颌窦肌上皮癌罕见。我科于2001年8月收治1例筛窦上颌窦肌上皮癌，现报道如下。
