摘要
以铅锌烧结过程的集成建模和优化控制为背景 ,首先集成主元分析、神经网络、模糊专家系统等多种方法 ,建立了铅锌烧结过程的综合工况模型 ,然后根据综合工况模型预测的结果 ,采用聚类搜索混沌遗传算法获得最优的操作参数 ,给出操作优化指导 .本文提出的集成建模方法与操作优化算法 ,很好地解决了多输入多输出复杂工业过程的建模和优化控制问题 。
In the paper the study object is about the integrated modeling and optimization control of Lead Zinc sintering process. Firstly, the compositive status model is proposed, which synthesizing a lot of techniques, including principal components analysis, neural network, fuzzy expert system and so on. Secondly, the optimization parameters is calculated using the cluster searching 、chaos optimization and genetic algorithm according to the estimated result of the compositive status model, and the optimization guidance is introduced. The integrated modeling methods and the operation optimization algorithm provide a better way to resolve the problem of modeling and optimization control for the complex multiple input & multiple output industrial process, which has got distinct benefits in Lead Zinc sintering process.
