闪锌矿生产七水硫酸锌生产工艺研究

摘要 用经 75 0℃高温煅烧后的闪锌矿与稀硫酸反应制备七水硫酸锌。考察了煅烧温度、硫酸浓度、反应时间和反应温度对浸出率的影响 ,实验结果表明当煅烧温度为 75 0℃、硫酸浓度为 30 %、反应时间 3h、反应温度 4 0℃条件下 ,锌的浸出率达到 98%以上。用本方法生产七水硫酸锌 ,具有原料易得、工艺简单、回收率高和产品纯度高等优点 ,具有实际生产价值。 The zinic vitriol was prepared from reaction of zinc blende calcined at 750 ℃ with sulfuric acid. The effects of calcination temperature,concentration of sulfuric acid,react time and temperature on leaching rate were investigated. The experiment results showed: when the calcination temperature was 750 ℃, concentration of sulfuric acid was 30 %, react time was 3 hour and react temperature was 40 ℃, the leaching rate of zinc reached 98 %. The process was simple and practical produce value, since the raw material was easy of access, the recovery and the purity of product were high.
