摘要 以活性炭负载四氯化锡为催化剂 ,催化合成了乙酸正丁酯。结果表明 ,反应的最佳条件为 :酸醇配比 (mol/mol)为 1.0∶2 .0 ,催化剂的用量为冰乙酸质量的 2 .0 % ,反应温度为 110~ 115℃ ,反应时间为 2 .0h ,乙酸的酯化率为 96 .90 %。 The synthesis of n-butyl acetate was studied under active carborn supported tin (Ⅳ) chloride as catalyst. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: when the molar ratio of acetic acid to n-butanol was 1.0∶2.0, and the quality of the catalyst to acetic acid was 2.0 % , the reaction tempreture was between 110~115 ℃, and the reaction time was 2.0 hours, the esterification rate of acetic acid was up to 96.90 %.
