摘要
针对炭的燃烧或气化反应,本文在Stefan流和温度边界层存在的条件下分析求解了描述气固反应的扩散方程,同时还考虑了相对运动速度对传质的影响.通过计算和与其它研究者开发的计算公式进行比较,进一步揭示了反应气体和炭的容积扩散本质.最后,给出了一个新的推荐使用的计算公式.
For combustion or gasification reactions of char particles, a diffusion equation describing gas-solid reactions is analytically solved under Stefan flow and the boundary layer of temperature. It has considered the effect of the relative velocity on the mass transfer in the same time. By computing and analytically comparing with formulations developed by other investigators, the bulk diffusion mechanism of reacting gases and chars has been further revealed. Finally, the new formulation is recommended.
