摘要
用有限元方法对单翼型势流模型进行数值计算,预测了低扬程高比转数轴流泵转轮各种工况的必需净正吸头NPSHre,与试验中用直观法、声测法和效率下降1%确定的NPSHre进行分析对比,论证了电算预测的可靠性.
The finite element method is adopted to solve the pressure distribution of a hydrofoil in the potential flow. The numerical results is used to predict the NPSHre of the impeller in an axial pump which operate at different flow rates. The results obtained, compared with experimental results which based on visual, acoustic detection and a 1% efficiency drop, show that the numerical solution of assessment of cavitation is reliable.
