摘要
高浓度水煤浆是七十年代初发展起来的一种新型以煤代油的液态燃料。如何确定水煤浆在管内流动,特别是在变截面管道内流动的动能修正系数,对正确估计水煤浆管道输送阻力具有重要的意义。研究表明:水煤浆作为一种均质的悬浮液,在管道内流动时存在滑移现象,即在管道内壁面上存在一很薄的浓度很低、粘度显著下降的“滑移层”。
This paper presents the true rheological model of coal-water slurry (CWS) on the basis, of correcting the slip of CWS flowing in pipes by the method of combining theoretical analyses with experimental investigations. At the same time, through analyzing the flow characteristics of CWS in circular pipe the method is put forward, by which the kinetic energy correction factor of CWS flowing in circular pipe can be determined.
