摘要
为了开发与研究轴流式风机新的设计体系,本文在文献[1,2]的基础上,根据轴流式风机内部流动控制模型,进行了流型优化分析,提出了以K值为控制变量的最佳控制旋涡与流型的计算方法,并结合试验研究与工业生产实践,对控制旋涡的方法进行了检验与分析。
Based on the internal flow control equations of the axial flow fans with any inclined flow surface, this paper presents optimum analysis of the flow distribution and calculation method of the optimum control vortex, with K value as control variation. The flow diagram and the computation result are worked. The test fans have included five impellers with various K values. The results of the experiments of the test fans and theoretical calculations have shown that the method of this paper can suit the axial flow fans of any inclined surface impellers, and the range of the optimum control variation Kopt is 0. 7 to 0. 9. Test fan and its series have been spread and used. The results of the theoretical analysis and experimental investigation for these new axial flow fans have been appraised in this paper.
