摘要
目的 :通过比较评价物理、化学两种机制诱导的内脏痛觉超敏大鼠模型的异同 ,为肠易激综合征等疾病的药效学评价提供有效、可靠的动物模型。方法 :化学造模采用TNBS模型 ,物理模型采用新生鼠发育期肠激惹方式诱导模型。结果 :两种方法制作的动物模型均能复制成功 ,但模型的程度及伴随病理性改变等具有差异。结论 :在进行疾病机理探讨或药效评价应用研究时 ,应根据不同情况选择使用这两种动物模型。
Objective: To compare with two kinds of rat models of visceral hypersensitivity induced by mechanical and chemical factors. Methods: The chemical model was induced by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS) and the mechanical model was induced by colon irritation (CI) during postnatal development. Results: Both of TNBS and CI induced visceral hypersensitivity successfully,but the degree and concomitant pathological changes were significant difference. Conclusions: Suitable model should be established according to researching purposes.
