多背压凝汽器温差场均匀性分析

ANALYSIS OF MULTIPRESSURE CONDENSERS BY UNIFORMITY PRINCIPLE OF TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCE FIELD

一、引言 所谓温差场是指换热器中热冷流体间温度差的空间分布。过增元等通过对逆流、叉流和顺流换热器温差场的分析,提出了“换热器温差场愈均匀,不仅热力学效益愈高,而且传热效能也愈高”的新构想,并称其为“温差场均匀性原则”。温差场均匀性原则的应用实例还不够多,其严格性和普遍性也还有待进一步完善。

Based on the uniformity principle of temperature differnce field suggested by Guo . , a more vivid nonuniformity factor was recommended and applied to the analysis of multipressure condensers performance in this paper. By means of strict mathematical analysis, the optimum distribution of heat exchange surface over the pressure zone for multipressure condensers was obtained. The analysis results are identical with the existing data. The results provide a new application example for the uniformity principle of temperature difference field.
