摘要
伙伴关系管理(PRM)是为了更好地管理公司销售渠道和分销商的需要而建立的,根据其通过与渠道伙伴的接触以及从相应合同中所获得的有关渠道伙伴的信息,对它们进行分类管理并加以利用的软件系统,探讨了PRM与CRM的关系、PRM的功能、PRM的分析框架及其实现的技术手段和应用前景。
The software of Patner Relationship Management(PRM)is founded to meet the better management of the companys distribution channels and indirect sales.PRM can manage and make use of the information of channel partners effectively through contacting with its channel partners and getting information of them from the relevant contracts.This paper stresses on such problems:the relation between PRM and CRM,the function of PRM,the framework of PRM,the methods to achieve PRM,the foreground about it and so on.
