数字城市下的城市公共安全

The City Community Safety in Digital City

随着现代社会城市地位的日益提高,城市公共安全日显重要。对利用数字城市技术提高防灾减灾能力,依托数字城市平台,提高处理城市突发事件的快速应变能力,优化配置城市公共安全资源,建立高效、协调的城市公共安全管理体系等问题进行了初步探讨,提出了数字城市下城市公共安全应急指挥系统的建设原则。

With the improvement of city position in the modern society,city community safety becomes more and more important.The rapid development of digital city offers a powerful means to the construction of city community safety system. Meanwhile, a perfect city community safety system could be a safe exterior surroundings to build digital city.An efficient and harmonious city community safety system depends on the optimization of the city community safety resource distribution, which could be conducted with the digital technology. This paper discusses how to employ the digital technology in city community safety system construction in order to improve the ability of protecting city from disasters and catastrophic events.The principles of constructing city community safety system are presented.
