介绍了一种基于PC机及研华PCL-818HD多功能数据采集卡和PCI-1756数字I/O卡的计算机轴承自动检测系统,系统对轴承质量的监测是基于轴承振动信号的分析的。在系统结构的基础上,介绍了软件及硬件的架构方案、系统软件采用VisualC++和Delphi的联合设计方案。该系统在实践中运行有效性得到了实验验证。

This article introduce A PC controlled bearing automatic testing system which uses bearing vibration signals to monitor the bearing's quality,include the structure of the system, hardware and software design process. The system works well in practice.
