摘要
应用专家控制技术和软PLC技术对热物性测试装置中相变室两端的温度进行智能控制。从实时控制趋势图可以得出 ,系统响应快 ,稳定性好 ,控制精度高 ,为准确测量金属熔点附近的热物性参数提供了有力的保障。
In this paper, an expert system and SoftPLC are applied to temperature control of the thermophysical property measuring instrument. The result of the real-time control shows that the system is fact, stable and high precision, and is suitable for measuring the metallic material's thermophysical properties at the phase transfer point.
