抗血管紧张素Ⅱ受体1型自身抗体在妊高征发病机制中的作用 被引量:2

The role of autoantibodies against angiotensin Ⅱ type 1-receptor in the pathogenesis in preeclampsia

摘要 目的 探讨抗血管紧张素Ⅱ受体 1型 (angiotensinⅡtype 1 receptor ,ATR 1)自身抗体在妊高征发病中的作用。 方法 以合成的ATR 1多肽片段为抗原 ,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测 4 6例妊高征患者和 4 0例正常孕妇血清抗ATR 1自身抗体和血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ的浓度。 结果 妊高征抗ATR 1自身抗体的阳性率为 6 3.0 % (2 9/46 ) ,明显高于正常孕妇 7.5 % (3/40 ) (P <0 .0 1)。妊高征组血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ水平 [(92 .5 4± 37.2 2 )pmol/L]亦明显高于血压正常组 [(2 5 .75± 12 .33)pmol/L ,P <0 .0 1]。  结论 妊高征患者合并血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度升高 ,其血清中存在抗ATR 1的自身抗体 ,该抗体可能在妊高征的发病机制中起重要作用。 Objective To explore the role of the autoantibodies against angiotensinⅡ type 1 receptor (ATR-1) in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. Methods Forty normotensive and 46 pregnant women with preeclampsia were recruited in this study. Synthesized ATR-1 polypeptide fragment was used as antigens to screen the autoantibodies against ATR-1 by ELISA. The level of angiotensinⅡ was also examined. Results The positive rate of the ATR-1 antibodies and plasma level of angiotensin Ⅱ in patients with preeclampsia [63.0%(29/46) and (92.54±37.22) pmol/L] were significantly higher than those in normotensives [7.5% (3/40) and (25.75±12.33) pmol/L, P <0.01]. Conclusions The elevated level of angiotensin Ⅱ and the existence of autoantibodies against ATR-1 might contribute to the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
