混合氧离子导体膜材料的应用及研究进展

摘要 介绍了混合氧离子导体材料同时具备电子和氧离子导电能力 ,在一些应用领域极具研究价值 ;这类材料构建的致密陶瓷膜可以在中高温的氧梯度条件下 ,实现氧气的选择性分离 ,应用于陶瓷膜分离器从空气中直接获得氧气 ,和膜反应器中使甲烷部分氧化获得合成气 ,以及用作氧化物燃料电池的阴极和阳极材料 ;这类材料的氧分离性能。 A kind of materials having electronic and oxide ion conducting behaviors, which can be found applications in some fields,is presented. In the median temperatures, the dense membrane based on the above materials can separate oxygen from air directly under oxygen partial pressure gradients, produce syngas from methane partial oxidation and act as cathode materials of the oxide fuel cells. By study on the oxygen permeation, mechanical and chemical properties of these materials should be important to lay a solid foundation to aim at the application in the future.
