摘要
从工程量清单计价的特点出发,结合我国现行施工合同示范文本(99版),主要从合同价款方式的约定、合同价款的调整、计量和支付以及工程师的权力几个方面,初步分析和探讨了推行工程量清单计价对我国现行施工合同的影响。
Based on the characters of the quantity pricing mode and the official sample of china construction contract (99 edition), the paper analyzes and discusses the influence to china construction contract by using the pricing mode. The discussion is focused on stipulation of contract pricing mode, amendment of contract price, payment and the rights of engineers.
