摘要
试验研究了两种聚乙烯煤气管材的热板焊焊接性能,其中一种管材是齐鲁石化公司新近开发成功的新牌号。在考察了焊接工艺参数与接头短时强度的基础上,本文推荐了这类材料的最适焊接工艺参数:220℃热板温度、35s热透时间和1.5×10~5Pa的焊接压力。此外,还试验了一种快速评价焊接接头质量的新方法——热处理法,这种方法与拉伸试验的方法的结果相当吻合。
Two HDPE pipe for city gas distribution were tested, one of them is developed by Qilu petrochemical Company, SINOPEC. According to the result from this investigation, we recommen the optimal welding condition of 220℃ heated tool temperature, 35s heating time and 1.5×10~5Pa Welding pressure for these materials, To evaluate the welds quality, a heating—treatment of the welded samples agreement with that of the tensile test.
