STUDY ON MC NYLON COMPOSITE FILTERING PLATE

采用MC尼龙作滤泥板的防腐韧性外层,被包覆的金属板作为滤泥板的强度、刚度层,制成陶瓷工业用MC尼龙/金属复合滤泥板。经半年以上工业运行试验,各项技术指标达到新型滤泥板技术要求。

The MC nylon/metal composite filtering plate was made by one-stage molding in the ceramic industry with MC nylon as the anti-corrosion and tough exterior layer and an embedded metal plate as the strength and stiffness layer. All the technical specifications have reached to the technical requirements of the new filtering plate after more than half year's industrial operational tests.
