乐观疗法以及对学习障碍的启发意义 被引量:3

摘要 分析学习障碍学生学习习得无助和抑郁情绪及其对学习的妨碍作用。通过引入塞利格曼的解释形态来解释习得无助和悲观情绪的认知原因,指出通过乐观疗法矫正学习障碍学生消极情绪的途径。归因训练和认知策略训练是其中很有效的方法。
