摘要
镁合金是汽车轻量化的重要材料,其中AZ91是目前应用最普遍的铸造镁合金。本文描述了AZ91的凝固过程及不同的铸造工艺对其显微组织的影响,并阐述了微观组织与腐蚀性能的关系,指明了提高AZ91镁合金腐蚀性能的措施。
Mg alloy is the most important material of weight reduction for the automobile industry,in which AZ91 is the most widely used.The solidification process of Mg alloy AZ91 has been described,the effects of different casting methods which have different cooling rate on its microstructures have been analyzed.The relationship between microstructure and the corrosion behavior has been introduced,and some measures to increase corrosion-resisting property have been presented.
