摘要
本文采用纯钛颗粒法制备Al-Ti-B中间合金,探讨了加料次序,熔制温度和覆盖层的厚度对B的吸收率的影响以及搅拌在熔制Al-Ti-B中间合金中的作用。结果表明:混合加料法,Al熔体过热800℃下熔制合金,添加KCl覆盖层厚度为40~50mm能较大程度地提高B的吸收率;强力机械搅拌对Al-Ti-B中间合金中第二相沉淀及偏聚具有明显的改善。
Al-Ti-B master alloy has been fabricated by casting of pure Ti grain. The effects of additive sequence, melting temperature and thickness of coating layer on absorption ratio of B, stir effect on the preparation of Al-Ti-B master alloy have been discussed.The results indicates that the absorption ratio of B has been improved when the thickness of KCl added up to 40-50mm,mixing additive was adopted and the melt temperature reached to 800℃.The segregation and deposition of the second phase have been greatly improved by the powerful mechanical stir.
