考虑磨料介质的实际服役工况条件,生产低铬白口铸铁磨球的工艺设计原则应明确为:在改善韧性指标的前提下,进一步提高硬度。笔者以在实践中成功运用的实例在控制冷速、成分设计、铸造冶金处理和热处理等方面介绍新工艺。并指出该工艺适合现代工业的规模化生产方式,具有较强的市场竞争力。

Considering practical use conditions,technology design principle of producing low chrome white cast iron grinding ball should be:Under premise of improving toughness, to enhance hardness more. A new technology of cooling rate control,composition design, metallurgy and heat treatment etc has been introduced via a successful example in practice.It has been pointed that the technology is suitable for modern industrial scale production,with more strength in market competition.
