The mathematical models of selecting geometrical parameter tolerances are built up by studying the relationship between the error of size,circularity deviation and surface rough- ness in the external cylindrical grinding on account of the functionality machinging method and cost of part.These models provide a reliable method to select geometrical parameter tol- erances in CAD/CAM system.
