摘要 大庆石油公司炼油厂1 40Mt·a-1重油催化裂化装置通过综合运用DOCO降烯烃催化剂和MGD工艺,汽油产品中烯烃体积分数下降15%,汽油辛烷值有所降低。产品分布较为理想,油浆产率略有降低,焦炭产率略有增加,汽油产率基本持平,柴油产率略有降低,液化气产率增加,催化剂单耗有所升高,综合经济效益明显。 DOCO olefin-reducing catalyst and MGD (Maximizing Gas and Diesel) process were adopted in combination in PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Co., Ltd. to reduce olefin content in the gasoline product of a 1.40 Mt·a^(-1) heavy oil FCC unit. The application results showed that olefin content in gasoline was reduced by 15% with slight loss of MON and RON; desirable product distribution was obtained with slight decrease in oil slurry yield, slight increase in coke yield, slight decrease in diesel yield and slight increase in LPG yield. Catalyst consumption increased due to high requirement of MGD process on activity. Remarkable economic benefit was thus obtained.
