摘要
以四水氯化锰为催化剂、丙酸和正丁醇为原料合成了丙酸丁酯,并确定了酯化反应最佳操作条件:丙酸0 2mol,n(丙酸)∶n(正丁醇)=1∶1 2,催化剂为丙酸和正丁醇总质量的8%,回流反应时间为4h,结果酯化率达92 4%。
n-butyl propionate was synthesized by esterification of propionic acid and n-butyl alcohol using MnCl_2·4H_2O as the catalyst. Factors influencing the synthesis were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: propionic acid 0.2 mol, n(propionic acid)∶n(n-butyl alcohol)=1∶1.2, catalyst amount=8% of total mass of propionic acid and n-buyl alcohol, reaction time 4.0 h. Esterification rate of 92.4% was attained.
