摘要
文章针对某舰ND隔舱密封装置对中间轴的磨损沟槽特点,设计了原形改性复合涂层修复方案,使用性能特异的纳米刷镀材料,应用表面工程手段和工艺恢复原有形状,改善耐磨性能,与母材结合强度高的表面修复,取得了良好的实船修理效果。
This paper introduces the designing plan for modification to some origin compound coating.With the nanometer material of specific performance for brushplating and methods for surface working by high-strength master material,the abrasive performance is improved and the original shape is restored to the chamiel of the intermediate shaft in the marine separating cabin sealing apparatus,which brings excellent result for shiprepair.
