浙江民营企业生命周期分布特征研究

Study on the Distribution Characteristics of Zhejiang Private Enterprise's Lifecycle

改革开放以来,浙江民营企业蓬勃发展,同时由于外部环境的突变,使许多民营企业还未进入高速成长阶段就面临着死亡。在调查研究的基础上,客观地分析了浙江民营企业生命周期的基本分布状态,研究了其行业与规模分布特征。最后通过比较研究,分析了浙江民营企业发展过程中存在的问题,其结果对促进民营企业的健康发展有现实意义。

Since china's open up and reform,there has been a prosperous trend of private enterprises.However, sudden changes of surroundings may make private enterprises have not entered hige-speed growth period but been confronted with die.On the basis of survey and study,this paper objectively analyzes distribution characteristics of ZheJiang private enterprise's lifecycle and studies the distribution characteristics of industry and scale.At last through contrastive study,this paper analyzes some problems on the course of ZheJiang private enterprise's development.And this result will have some realistic meaning to promote a healthy development of ZheJiang private enterprises.
