摘要
本文对硬纸板锯割铣刀的工作原理、切削齿数、齿间角、几何角度等的设计作了初步的探讨。通过分析试验表明,硬纸板锯割机及专用复合锯片铣刀完全可以取代常用的木工锯床及木工圆锯片对硬纸板的加工。
In this paper,the principle and designing process of this cutter have been studied.Through the analisis and tests,it shows that the special machine and the co-saw-blade cutter can indeed replace the normal woodworking sawing machine and round saw cutter for cutting hard paper board.
