摘要
介绍了吴泾热电厂11号汽轮机在大修40d后出现带负荷能力下降的前后过程。通过各类试验,先后排除主汽门滤网堵塞、高压调节汽门门芯脱落等因素,根据试验数据分析,并运用排除法,最后确认为高压调节级通流面积减小,通流能力受阻,导致机组不能带到额定负荷,经停机检修,避免了事故扩大。
The process of how the capacity of No.11 steam turbine of Wujing Electric Power/Heat Plant dropped down 40 days after its overhaul was introduced. Through various tests, the possible reasons of main steam value screen blockage and high pressure governing valve stem detaching were eliminated. According to the test data the reason was determined: the decreased section of the flow path of the high pressure governing stage has led to the reduced flow capacity and thus the undercapacity of the unit. The unit was shut down for maintenance and the expansion of the fault was prevented.
