摘要
为了减小渐开线花键拉刀的制造难度,本文介绍了两种渐开线花键粗切拉刀的齿形——直线齿形和折线齿形,并给出了这两种齿形参数的分析计算及余量计算。
This paper presents two kinds of profiles for roughing involute spline broaches, that is, straight line profile and broken line profile, besides, analysis and allowance computation for the parameters of the two profiles are provided, so as to ease the manufacture of roughing involute spline broaches.
