论医疗机构的诚信服务

Remark on the Honesty-Trust Service in the Medical Organization

诚实守信本是中华民族的传统美德 ,如今失信现象在医疗卫生行业却也并不罕见。笔者力图对医疗卫生行业信用缺失的表现和后果做出揭示 ,并对导致这一现象存在的各种因素从四个方面做了初步探究 ,最后提出解决医疗卫生机构失信问题、强化医疗卫生机构诚信服务需要一系列相应的政策措施 ,即以道德为支撑 ,以产权为基础 ,以法律为保障。

Honesty and trust are the traditional virtues of Chinese.However,they face severe challenges in social life.To our anxieties,dishonesty is not a rare phenomenon in the medicla organization.This article also cares for the problem,and tries to reveal the aftermath of dishonesty.At last,it points out that we should make a series of polices to solve the dishonesty problem and strengthen the honesty-trust service in the medical organization.That is to say,morality as support,ownership as base,law as guarantee.
