Analysis for the Factors that Inluenced the Accuracy in Gear Shaving

本文分析了在剃齿加工中影响剃齿精度的主要因素(齿面相对滑动速度的变化和齿面诱导法曲率的变化),分析了产生齿面“中凹”现象的原因。

In this paper,the author analyzes two main factors that influencing the gear shaving accuracy,they are the variations of the relative slip velocity and inducting curvature of the gear face,and finds that why the concave phenomena in the middle of the gear face is generated. The resolutions is also suggested by the author.
