利用单面啮合和单项测量技术测量齿轮误差时,测得的结果是不同的。本文建立了单面啮合测量技术的解析和几何模型,提出齿面几何特征和运动特征的概念,分析两者之间的区别和联系,实验结果表明,文中分析的结论正确。

To some extent,the result gained by gear single flank composite measurement differs from that by single parameter measurement. This paper sets forth analytic and geometric models of gear single flank meshing measurement and introduces a new concept of geometric feature and kinematic feature of a gear. Then it discusses the relation between these features. Experiment results show that the idea is correct.
