摘要 容栅传感器激励电压形式有若干种,对性能指标有较大影响,但人们对此很少研究。本文采用矢量分析法和傅里叶级数法分析、计算容栅传感器和激励信号,提出最佳信号准则,比较几种常见的波形,给出既接近理想要求又容易实现的激励电压形式。 The capacitive gate transducer has several kinds of exciting voltage forms that affect its performances greatly. But this problem is investigated little. This paper analyzes and calculates the exciting signals of capacitive gate transducer by adopting the methods of vector analysis and Fourier's series. The criterion for the optimum exciting signal is proposed. Several common waveforms are compared. The exciting voltage form is given that approaches ideal demand and is obtained easily.
