近年来国内外切屑控制理论的研究与进展

Recent Research and Development of Theory of Chip Control at Home and Abroad

在对近年来国内外切屑控制理论研究有关文献分析和综合的基础上,着重介绍了切屑形状描述、流屑角的计算、切屑折断条件、断屑槽(台)设计使用的有关理论和切屑控制理论研究的实验方法等新的研究成果,并对切屑控制理论的发展趋势进行了探讨。

Based on analysis of references about theories of chip control at home and abroad in recent years, this paper emphatically introduces some new achievements of dcscription of chip shape, calculation of chip flow angle, condition of chip breaking, some problems of design and application of chip breaker and experimental methods of chip control study,etc. Finally, the development of theories of chip control has been discussed.
